Welcome to Avenue Beauty Bar. By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, package, membership, gift voucher or wellness service with Avenue Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule appointments, or cancel bookings where necessary. Please ensure all personal information provided during booking is accurate and up to date.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in NZ Currency and are subject to change without notice. A deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment required after service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout or in salon.
4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We kindly request adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation fees may apply where permitted by law.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Promotional offers are available for a limited time only and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
6. Products & Retail Purchases
We strive to ensure product information is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, ingredients, or packaging are always current. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
7. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or contraindications prior to treatment. Results from treatments may vary between individuals.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and may result in adverse reactions for which Avenue Beauty Bar cannot be held responsible.

Individual treatment results vary and no guarantee can be made regarding specific outcomes.
Treatment recommendations, treatment plans, skincare products, wellness services, and homecare advice are provided based on professional assessment and are intended to support individual goals. Results are influenced by many factors including lifestyle, genetics, compliance with aftercare instructions, and overall health.
16. Procell Microchanneling Treatments
Procell Microchanneling is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment designed to support collagen production and skin renewal.
Clients acknowledge that: • Results vary between individuals. • Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes. • Temporary redness, sensitivity, swelling, dryness, or skin irritation may occur following treatment. • Compliance with aftercare instructions is essential for optimal results.
Avenue Beauty Bar reserves the right to decline treatment where contraindications are present.
17. Infrared Sauna Therapy
Clients use the infrared sauna at their own risk.
Infrared sauna therapy may not be suitable for all individuals, including those with certain medical conditions, cardiovascular conditions, heat sensitivity, pregnancy, or other health concerns.
Clients should seek medical advice where appropriate before participating in sauna sessions.
Avenue Beauty Bar accepts no responsibility for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow recommended sauna guidelines.
18. Packages, Concessions & Treatment Plans
Packages, treatment plans, and concession purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
Package inclusions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions may expire after the stated validity period.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of package sessions.
19. Memberships
Membership benefits, inclusions, pricing, and validity periods are subject to change.
Membership benefits are intended for the named member only and are not transferable unless expressly stated.
Avenue Beauty Bar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue membership programs with reasonable notice.
20. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
Certain appointments, packages, experiences, or bookings may require a deposit.
Deposits may be forfeited where insufficient notice of cancellation or rescheduling is provided.
Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments may be required to prepay future bookings.
21. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
22. Photography & Marketing
With client consent, Avenue Beauty Bar may take before-and-after photographs for treatment monitoring, education, or marketing purposes.
No identifiable images will be used for marketing without prior consent from the client.
23. New Zealand Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
